Technical Support – Chargeable


Our software price is for the lifetime software license only, as per the applicable license terms.


However, technical support and service are chargeable separately, unless specifically mentioned otherwise in writing.


The software license price does not include unlimited lifetime support.

Delay or refusal from the customer side to complete the installation or activation process
